Definitions:
A project is one discrete drafting task or drawing package that can reasonably be completed within normal production timelines. For example 1 romm (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, etc) for millwork companies, or 1space (gate. railing, stair, planter, etc) for metal shops.
Clients may queue unlimited requests, but only one active project will be worked on at a time.
Turnaraound Expectations
Turnaround depends on project complexity, responsiveness, and revision cycles.
Small tasks: 1–3 business days
Medium packages: 3–7 business days
Large packages: custom timeline
Pause Policy
Projects waiting on client feedback for more than 2 business days may be paused, allowing the next queued project to begin.

Comunication
All comunication related to the information of the project must be through by the approved company email.
Payment Policy
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non refundable once the billing cycle begins
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled at least 5 business days before the next billing date. Clients may cancel anytime, and service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
If cancellation notice is submitted fewer than 5 business days before the renewal date, the next billing cycle will still be charged and service will continue through that period.
No refunds for partially used months
Work pauses automatically for failed payments
Any unfinished or paused projects at the end of the subscription period may require a new subscription or separate project agreement to continue.
No rollover of unused time/projects
